“As an ice sculpture enthusiast & novice, I was SO incredibly HAPPY in the customer service I received with this company. Now- I rarely write reviews so I just have to explain that though Covid has made this industry busy as heck, I submitted a design with another ice sculpture company for late October (in early August) that ended up being unrealistic for my needs (too big as I’m on the second floor) and they were rather rude to me and brushed me off, however a world of difference at Clear Cut ice! Clinton was more than accommodating- he offered alternatives & solutions to my design and talked with me for quite some time about what I was looking for- and after I sent videos/pictures of my stairs he was able to approve quite two sculptures for me for my date- even for my second floor loft!! So so happy I chose this company, and as someone who plans numerous events every year- this company gained a returning client. Cannot wait to see the finished product!”
